“Overpriced. The crew was very nice and helpful. The circumstances were not their fault. Did not get into the Blue Grotto due to rough seas. The whole reason for booking this excursion was to go into the Blue Grotto. I truly believe the best customer service would be to give a partial refund if the grotto is closed for the day. It was the most disappointing day. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we paid a lot of money just to go to Capri and spend more money for lunch and a bit of souvenir shopping. Complete waste of a lot of money. I would not recommend this tour.”

“This was an unbelievable experience. Luciano and Dario were AMAZING!!!! We had two little kids with us (4 and 1.5 years old), and they were so friendly and accommodating. Capri was so busy- we tried to visit Anacapri, do the chair lift, and visit capri but it was too much. We recommend picking one or the other. Our favorite part was being on the boat with Luciano and Dario more than being on capri. And we loved the blue grotto! We will definitely do again!”
