The good tickets & entry passes fill weeks ahead and the best of them go first. Below: the 15 to lock in early, what each includes and how they differ.
Enter the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel at a reserved time through the GetYourGuide entrance. Explore ancient sculpture, the Gallery of Maps, Raphael Rooms, and Michelangelo’s Creation of Adam independently. Add an audio guide in 10 languages, but note that St. Peter’s Basilica and its dome are not included.

Visit Milan’s Duomo at your own pace with a 48-hour ticket covering the cathedral, rooftop terraces, Duomo Museum, and Church of St. Gottardo in Corte. Choose an audio guide in 10 languages. The elevator is optional and costs extra, while a guided tour is not included.

“It is an extraordinary theatre. Practically makes you gasp as you see it in person. The audio tour was very thorough and well-done, and there were even a few places to sit and listen to the longer portions. The audio tour itself only takes maybe 45-60 minutes, but there is plenty of stopping and staring along the way. If you aren't able to see a show here, this is the next best thing. And be sure to go around the side of the building afterward to see the gondola entrance.”
Meet near the Vatican on Via Germanico, 8, collect your timed ticket, and follow a host to the online-reservations entrance. You’ll explore the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel independently, with no guide inside, and can stay until closing.
